Role Summary :
As a SIMNET Business Development Representative, you will be at the forefront of driving new business opportunities. Your primary responsibility is to hunt for new sales leads, qualify prospects, and build a strong pipeline that accelerates revenue growth. This role requires a proactive, tech‑savvy individual with exceptional communication skills and a passion for helping organizations adopt SIMNET’s cutting‑edge cloud solutions.
The Business Development Representative role will act as the liaison between our Marketing and Sales teams. Your role will be to seek new business opportunities by contacting and developing relationships with potential customers. We seek candidates that are motivated, results‑driven, and enjoy working with a high energy team.

Salary Range : $50,000 to $75,000 Plus Commissions
In this role, you will be responsible for :
- Lead Business Development Activities : Execute day‑to‑day outbound prospecting and demand generation to identify and engage new leads.
- Develop Technical & Solution Knowledge : Build expertise in technology fundamentals and SIMNET’s portfolio to confidently position our value proposition.
- Qualify Opportunities : Apply strict qualification frameworks such as BANT (Budget, Authority, Need, Timing) to ensure high‑quality leads.
- Pipeline Management : Maintain and nurture a robust BDR pipeline, ensuring timely follow‑up and progression of leads.
- CRM Discipline : Utilize Zoho CRM to accurately track all activities, ensuring visibility and accountability.
- Outbound Prospecting : Leverage multiple channels—cold calls, emails, social outreach—to generate interest and schedule qualified meetings.
- Collaboration : Coordinate with Account Executives to set up meetings and hand off qualified opportunities.
- Continuous Learning : Attend ongoing sales, business, and technical training to enhance effectiveness and prepare for career advancement.
- Market Intelligence : Stay informed on SIMNET’s latest products, services, pricing models, and industry trends.
- Discovery & Analysis : Identify prospect pain points, urgency, and project timelines; develop organizational charts for target accounts.
- Objection Handling : Master techniques to overcome common objections and move prospects forward in the sales cycle.
- Marketing Alignment : Qualify inbound leads from campaigns and convert them into sales opportunities.
