Job Description
We’re currently hiring a 433A Millwrigh t to join our team at Can Art Aluminum Extrusion in Brampton, ON. This is a full-time role with competitive pay.
You’ll work a 12-hour continental shift, rotating between days and nights, with every other weekend off.
At Can Art, you’ll join a team that values safety, teamwork, and continuous improvement. We provide hands-on training, and offer a supportive environment where your mechanical skills make a real impact.
Authorization to work in Canada without current or future sponsorship is required.
What You’ll Do
- Install, maintain, inspect, and repair mechanical equipment
- Troubleshoot and fix mechanical breakdowns in a fast-paced production setting
- Perform daily equipment inspections and routine preventative maintenance
- Rebuild hydraulic and pneumatic cylinders
- Replace pumps, belts, saw blades, couplings, and other mechanical parts
- Fabricate fixtures and perform general welding repairs as needed
- Assist electricians with machine repairs
- Install new equipment and help maintain building systems
- Follow all health and safety regulations and company policies
- Keep your work area clean and safe at all times
