Job descriptionEnsure that warehouse cycle process flow performs at company standards, Makes improvements to process flow when necessary. Provide direction to supervisor / associates Ensures that training, safety, quality and personnel needs are met in accordance with company policies and procedures Maintain continuous cycle count operation to monitor the accuracy and efficiency of inventory record system Monitor the ongoing maintenance and service of all vehicles in the warehouse Interface with necessary departments to ensure timely and accurate receipt of products and to resolve inventory and customer discrepancies Work closely with the Inventory team and Management to execute inventory operations and requirements

To be considered, you will need work experience as a Warehouse Manager while working for a distribution company where you oversaw a team of 30 people. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- At least 5 years of experience working in a distribution warehouse
- At least 3 years of work experience as a Warehouse Manager
- Experience managing a team of around 30 people which could include forklift drivers as well as pickers / packers
- Familiarity with RF Scanners
