- Proficient on Iseries platform to diagnose and troubleshoot issues
- Know Cobol and / or RPG
- Execute and complete Service Now tickets within defined SLA
- Possess strong communication and collaboration skills to interact with stakeholders
- Willingness to be oncall and shift rotation
- Be able to support compliance activities like; DR testing, Server Patching, audit items etc.
