Forestry England is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery of a new office development based in Pickering, North Yorkshire.This is a unique opportunity to play a key role in the creation of a modern workplace that will support one of the UK's largest land managers. You'll take ownership of the project from design development through topletion, ensuring successful delivery on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of a new-build office project through all RIBA stages.
• Manage consultants, contractors and wider project stakeholders.
• Monitor programme, cost, quality and risk throughout the project lifecycle.
• Ensurepliance with health & safety, statutory requirements andernance processes.
• Coordinate design teams and oversee contractor performance on site.
• Prepare and present project updates to senior stakeholders.
• Manage project budgets and procurement activities.
• Support the successful handover and occupation of the new facility.

About YouYou'll have:

• Proven experience delivering new-build construction projects.
• A background in Project Management within the construction or property sector.
• Experience managing consultants and contractors.
• Strong stakeholder management andmunication skills.
• Knowledge of construction contracts and projecternance.
• Degree qualified in Project Management, Construction, Building Surveying or a related discipline.
• Professional qualifications such as APM, RICS, CIOB or equivalent would be advantageous.
