Do you possess collections experience? Do you enjoy investigating and resolving issues and have excellent data entry skills?
Are you experienced with customer service and take pride in building rapport with clients?
We are hiring for a Collections Administrator for a reputable client in Cambridge. This is a permanent, full-time role for a candidate who enjoys a balanced 50 / 50 split between financial recovery and office administration. This successful candidate will be required to work fully onsite.
Advantages

- Monday – Friday, 40-hour work week. 8am-4 : 30pm OR 8 : 30am-5pm day shift.
- Competitive Pay : $45,000 - $52,000 / year based on experience.

Responsibilities
In this dual-capacity role, you will be responsible for maximizing cash flow while ensuring administrative accuracy. Your duties are split between two key areas :
Collections (50%)
Administrative & Data Entry (50%)
