General Description :

The Site Administrator will provide essential administrative support to the low rise construction team, ensuring the efficient operation of the construction site and project coordination. This role requires a detail-oriented and organized individual capable of handling multiple tasks, effectively communicating with team members and stakeholders, and maintaining accurate project records.

Primary Responsibilities :

  • Provide administrative support to the Low Rise Construction team, including scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and taking minutes
  • Maintain and organize project documentation, including contracts, permits, drawings, and reports
  • Assist in coordinating daily site activities and ensuring that all necessary resources are available
  • Monitor and track project progress, updating records and reporting any discrepancies or delays
  • Manage the site office, including maintaining supplies, equipment, and ensuring a clean and organized workspace
  • Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including phone calls, emails, and correspondence
  • Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of materials and services
  • Assist with the preparation and submission of project reports, budgets, and schedules
  • Ensure compliance with all company policies, safety regulations, and legal requirements
  • Support the Site Supervisor and site team with any additional administrative tasks as needed.

Required Skills and Qualifications :

  • Currently working towards a University degree or College diploma in Construction Management or, have already earned a degree / diploma in the field
  • 1-2 years of experience working in an administrative role within the construction or real estate development industry
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with excellent attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle high-pressure situations
  • Professional demeanor and a commitment to providing exceptional support
  • Knowledge of construction process and terminology is an asset
