Reporting to the Renewables Manager, the Project Administrator will be responsible for supporting the daily activities of the Renewables job site.
What You'll Do Here :
- Learn, interpret, and apply organizational policies, rules, and regulations
- Maintain an organized data tracking system
- Document control including organizing project documents, site photos
- Updating logs and drawings lists
- Handle packing slips, supplier invoices with respect to distribution to appropriate departments for approval
- Prepare and organize job packages and job binders
- Assist with procurement
- Assist with printing and filing
- Prepare spreadsheets and pull together backup for monthly reporting
- Support meeting minutes
- Performs other duties and responsibilities as required
What You Bring to the Team :
Experience in an administrator position, within the construction industry considered an assetSuperior written and verbal communication skillsAbility to show discretion with confidential and / or personal materialAbility to multitask and prioritize workload, handling various job responsibilities at onceProfessional interaction with all levels of staff within the organization from front line to senior executiveStrong proficiency in MS Office (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint etc)Proficiency in other financial programs a definite assetSalary : The expected salary for this position is $55,000 - 60,000 annual. Individual pay is determined based on several factors such as work location, education, experience and unique skills.
