As deal volume increases, you’ll help ensure contracts are accurate, approvals move efficiently, and CRM data remains clean and reliable.
This role operates at the intersection of Sales, Finance, Legal, and Customer Success.
You’ll facilitate seamless deal execution while upholding strong operational standards and continuously improving processes to support scale.
Reporting to the Senior Manager, Commercial Operations, you will : Develop a strong understanding of the sales lifecycle, deal flow, and internal approval processes Gain working knowledge of CRM systems, contract templates, products, and order forms Build strong working relationships with Sales, Finance, Legal, and Customer Success stakeholders Review deals for completeness and accuracy before routing for approval Assist in preparing standard order forms and contracts Independently support deal execution and order form preparation with minimal oversight Ensure CRM and deal data is complete, accurate, and aligned with executed agreements Assist in internal approval routing and compliance checks Proactively identify and flag risks, inconsistencies, or data quality issues Maintain and organize contract templates Become a go-to resource for standard deal support and operational guidance Support renewal tracking and contract lifecycle administration Help onboard and train new sales team members on deal processes and legal requirements Troubleshoot documentation or operational issues impacting deals Contribute to improving workflows, documentation, and operational efficiency Drive data integrity and operational excellence across the sales process What you bring Empathy & Collaboration : Build strong relationships across teams and understand stakeholder needs and urgency Humility & Openness : Eager to learn, accept feedback, and collaborate cross-functionally Respect & Integrity : Handle sensitive information responsibly and navigate internal processes professionally Curiosity & Problem-Solving, Proactively identify inconsistencies, anticipate risks, and improve processes Balanced Confidence : Push back respectfully when needed while maintaining positive working relationships Strong Work Ethic – Reliable, consistent, and accountable in a fast-moving environment CRM Experience (Nice-to-Have) Experience with HubSpot or similar systems is a bonus Sales or Customer Support Background (Nice-to-Have) prior experience supporting sales teams or customer operations Why Join Mappedin?
