Job Title : Service Representative – Payments Processing

Location : Mississauga, ON (Hybrid – 1-2 days in office / month)

Pay : T4 : $19.75 / hr or INC : $23 / hr

About the Role

Join a fast-paced Payments Processing team where you'll be responsible for reviewing and repairing international wire payments with precision and speed. This back-office role is ideal for individuals who thrive in operational environments and enjoy working collaboratively to meet daily targets. You’ll gain valuable experience in international payments — a great steppingstone for a future career in financial operations or the payments industry.

Key Responsibilities

Repair and process incoming wire payments accurately.
Handle multi-currency transactions and ensure proper routing.
Maintain high productivity and accuracy standards.
Manage daily workloads efficiently to meet end-of-day deadlines.
Collaborate with peers and team leads across sites to ensure seamless operations.

Must-Have Qualifications

Minimum typing speed of 50 WPM with high accuracy.

Strong attention to detail and work ethic.

Excellent communication skills (English required).

Flexible to work rotating shifts (7 : 30am–6 : 30pm EST).

Willingness to learn and contribute to a high-performance team.

Nice-to-Have Qualifications

Experience in financial or banking environments (e.g., teller or service rep roles).

Knowledge of international currencies and geography.

Previous experience with wire processing or operational analysis.
