A day in the life of a Loan Processing Specialist:

  • Review loan applications using Wealthview and Salesforce to approve loans to our customers across Canada
  • Verify all documents and application information to ensure compliance with our internal policies and that only healthy loans are funded
  • Act quickly, multitasking between several windows reviewing documents such as customer pay stubs, credit reports,bank statements, etc. exhibiting excruciating attention to detail
  • Support the field through strong communication skills, ensuring customer and business needs are being met
  • Identify fraudulent documents during the verification process and report these to the appropriate departments

What we are looking for:

  • Bilingual fluency in English and French - verbal and written communication
  • Strong administration skills, documenting and communicating details to various stakeholders
  • Somebody with a knack for finding patterns with a strong attention to detail when reviewing various documents
  • Willing to work in a fast-paced, KPI driven environment
  • Computer-savvy with the ability to quickly adapt and learn new programs and software
  • Ability to think outside of the box to find solutions and provide additional approval where applicable

We are offering $20.10 - $25.00/hour CAD for this role, plus the opportunity to earn monthly bonuses.
