Upcoming Position Accounts Payable Specialist - 3-Month Contract (On-Site) Location : Georgetown, ON Pay : $28-$29 / Hr Are you an experienced Accounts Payable professional looking for your next opportunity? Our client in the manufacturing and production sector is seeking a detail-oriented AP Specialist to support their Finance team during a high-volume period. In this role, you will handle daily AP tasks, vendor communication, reconciliations, payment processing, and support month-end and audit activities. The ideal candidate is organized, accurate, and thrives in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines. What You'll Do Process daily / weekly AP payments and issue remittances Maintain vendor master data and support cash flow management Complete supplier reconciliations and resolve discrepancies Track cheques and maintain accurate AP records Support month-end, audits, and other AP projects What We're Looking For 2+ years of Accounts Payable experience (manufacturing / production highly preferred) Strong Excel and data entry skills Experience with cheque processing required Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment Strong communication and vendor relationship skills This is a great opportunity to join an established organization and contribute immediately to their Finance operations.
