This is an opportunity to work with one of the biggest investment firms in the world.
We are looking for a charismatic and motivated leader responsible for the effective management and leadership of the Processing function within Client Services department for one of our clients in the investment space.
The individual in this role will be in charge of leading multiple teams within the Processing department.
This is a full time and hybrid job opportunity.
Hours of operation : Mon to Fri
Salary : Ranges between $115k to $120k plus bonus and benefits
Start Date - ASAP
Location - Downtown Toronto

Responsibilities
Manage the day-to-day activities of the Transfer Agent Processing department. Work with senior divisional management to make recommendations and implement changes which will enhance productivity, reduce risk and generally increase employee performance.
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the department to ensure the management and completion of incoming transactions.
Development and execution of departmental goals as well as a contributor to the Client Services business plan.
Add value to the client experience and support Voice of the Customer program by understanding what's important and recognizing what needs to be done.
Build solid relationships across the company and within the mutual fund industry
Qualifications
Minimum 5 years of experience in mutual fund industry with strong knowledge of processing investments
Minimum 3 years experience directly managing people within the financial services industry
Strong communication skills in English
College diploma or University degree is required
Canadian Securities Course (CSC) or IFIC is an asset
