Job description

We are looking for a Personal Lines Technical Support Representative to support a team of Account Managers to ensure smooth, accurate processing within the Personal Lines insurance department.

Responsibilities:

  • Process policy documents including letters, endorsements, renewals, cancellations, and policy changes

  • Prepare and update client files and documentation with accuracy and attention to detail

  • Support Account Managers with administrative and technical tasks to maintain exceptional client service

  • Ensure all processing is completed efficiently and in compliance with internal standards

  • Communicate effectively with internal teams to resolve discrepancies or obtain required information

Requirements:

  • Experience with EPIC is mandatory

  • Previous experience in Personal Lines insurance processing or brokerage support

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

  • Ability to work onsite 5 days per week in North York

  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
