Job Title: Bilingual Account Processing Officer – Senior
Location: Toronto, ON
Pay Range: $29.30/hr
Shift: Mon to Friday 9AM to 5PM
What's the Job?
- Provide professional, timely, and efficient service to branch client requests through processing complex multi-product financial and non-financial transactions.
- Research and investigate administrative requests, ensuring compliance with rules and regulations for consistency and accuracy.
- Collaborate with colleagues and management to improve client service quality and streamline processes.
- Support bilingual communication needs, assisting with French requests as required.
- Maintain detailed documentation and ensure all transactions are processed accurately within established guidelines.

- Strong time management skills to handle multiple requests efficiently.
- Analytical thinking to investigate and resolve administrative inquiries.
