We are currently seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Mailroom Clerk to join a fast-paced postage and mail processing company located in Markham. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to grow quickly within a stable and expanding organization.
Prepare outgoing mail by stuffing envelopes accurately and efficiently
Read, sort, and match documents with corresponding materials
Ensure all mail is properly organized, labelled, and ready for shipping
Verify document accuracy and maintain attention to detail throughout processing
Assist with general mailroom duties as required in a high-volume environment
Maintain a clean and organized workspace
Strong reading and writing skills in English are essential
Excellent attention to detail and ability to match/sort documents accurately
Comfortable working in a repetitive, fast-paced environment
Reliable, punctual, and able to follow instructions carefully
Previous mailroom, administrative, or clerical experience is an asset but not required
Competitive hourly wage of $17.20/hour
