Role : Amazon Connect Developer

Job Description :

Minimum 7+ years of experience in software development, including hands-on experience in requirement analysis, design, coding, and unit testing using languages like TypeScript or Python.
At least 3+ years of experience working with Amazon Connect as a contact center lead or developer.
Experience in designing, developing, deploying, and migrating contact center solutions at scale.
Hands-on experience configuring and managing Contact Flows, Queues, Routing Profiles in Amazon Connect, including complex integrations with Amazon Lex and Lambda.
Knowledge of DynamoDB, AWS CloudWatch, AWS CloudTrail.
Good understanding of Amazon IAM concepts and the ability to troubleshoot issues related to Amazon Connect Contact Flows and CCP.
Ability to produce high-quality technical design documents, lead review sessions with clients, and collaborate effectively with stakeholders.
Experience working in Agile methodologies.
