Lead high-volume transportation planning with Amazon’s Network Planning team in Toronto, Canada. As a Senior Program Manager, you will drive strategic initiatives and collaborate with multiple teams to optimize plans effectively.
The role focuses on short-term and high-volume event planning for Canadian operations. You will engage with demand planning to align on projections and work closely with internal and external stakeholders on transportation capabilities. Applying AI and process improvements to enhance plan accuracy will be key to your success.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead weekly planning process and communicate to downstream teams
• Align topline demand with demand planning insights
• Collaborate with Middle and Last mile leads on transportation plans
• Evaluate capacity changes with external stakeholders
• Share capacity recommendations with leadership teams
Requirements:
• 5+ years in program management experience
• Proficient in using data to drive improvements
• Experience in stakeholder management in cross-functional projects
• 2+ years presenting to senior audiences
• Knowledge of AI tools preferable
