Job Summary

We are seeking a professional and enthusiastic Waiter / Waitress to join our Food & Beverage team. In this role, you will provide exceptional service to guests in one of our on-site dining establishments, ensuring their dining experience is enjoyable and exceeds expectations. Your key responsibilities will include taking orders, serving food and beverages, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Present menus, answer questions, and make recommendations on food and beverages.
  • Accurately take orders and communicate them to the kitchen staff.
  • Serve food and beverages promptly, ensuring quality and presentation meet hotel standards.
  • Monitor tables to ensure guests’ needs are met and provide prompt assistance.
  • Handle guest inquiries and resolve complaints professionally.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area.
  • Process payments accurately and provide change or receipts as needed.
  • Adhere to all safety, sanitation, and food handling guidelines.

Qualifications :

  • Previous experience in a restaurant or hotel food service environment is preferred.
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
  • A positive attitude and a passion for hospitality.
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Smart Serve certification or equivalent (required).
