:En tant qu’étudiant(e) au sein de l’équipe du Soutien aux centres de services TI, tu auras l’occasion de contribuer activement au mandat de rehaussement des appareils informatiques destinés à l’ensemble des employé(e)s de Beneva.
Tu intégreras une équipe expérimentée où la collaboration et la qualité du service sont au cœur des priorités.
Vous vous réaliserez dans les fonctions suivantes :
S’assurer du bon suivi de la liste des postes de travail ciblés pour le remplacement
Effectuer la livraison, l’installation et l’entretien des équipements de bureautique
Effectuer l’installation et l’entretien des logiciels sur les postes de travail
Maintenir à jour la base de données de gestion de la configuration (CMDB)
Récupérer des fichiers à partir des copies de sécurité
Planifier des rendez-vous avec les utilisateurs(trices) afin de coordonner et valider la migration des postes de travail
Participer à la recherche de solutions aux incidents et aux problèmes
Vos talents et vos qualifications :
Être inscrit(e) dans un programme d’études à temps plein dans un programme collégial ou universitaire en TI à l’automne 2026
Maîtrise de la langue française, tant parlée qu’écrite
Facilité à travailler dans un environnement collaboratif
