With trendsetting scientific and medical solutions at the forefront, we are driven by a fearless desire to facilitate discovery.      YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES  Project Oversight : Manage projects from order processing to final payment, ensuring deadlines, budgets, and quality standards are met.  Job Cost Management : Prepare job costing sheets, monitor expenses, and maintain GP forecasts.  Site Verification : Coordinate and conduct site visits (requiring up to 20% travel to Toronto) to confirm project readiness.  Supplier & Vendor Coordination : Confirm materials, manage PO creation, track deliveries, and ensure supplier relationships are optimized.  Project Tracking : Monitor critical tasks, milestones, and deliver weekly progress reports to management.  Client Communication : Ensure satisfaction through proactive issue resolution, smooth installations, and deficiency closeouts.  Safety & Compliance : Complete site safety paperwork and coordinate training as required while keeping up with relevant legislation and regulations.   Cross-Functional Collaboration : Partner with the Sales, Procurement, Development and the Finance Team to streamline operations and create value for customers.  Process Optimization & Improvement : Identify opportunities to enhance workflows and project efficiency.    YOUR BACKGROUND & QUALIFICATIONS  3+ years of experience as a Project Administrator, Coordinator or Manager with the proven ability to manage full-cycle projects up to $5M in revenue.  Proficiency in Microsoft Project, Power BI & Gantt Charts for project planning, scheduling, and reporting.  Familiarity with Sage X3, AutoCAD, Revit, and Microsoft Teams & SharePoint for project design, collaboration, and data management.  Experience reading CAD drawings and Revit files.  Understanding of WorkSafe and safety regulations for job sites.  A proactive, detail-oriented mindset and ability to thrive on dynamic, high-pressure projects.  A “humble but hungry” attitude—willing to learn, collaborate, and take initiative.  Strong communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, and organizational skills.    NICE-TO-HAVE SKILLS  Experience in laboratory, scientific, or logistics industries.  Certifications like PMP (Project Management Professional).    WHAT’S IN IT FOR YOU  It’s a priority to take care of our team and reward them for their contributions.
