Property Administrator (Contract)$25-27 / hour3‑Month ContractOnsite | Burnaby, BCYour NewpanyHays Specialist Recruitment is partnering with a reputable real estate and property management organization (confidential) to hire a Property Administrator for a 3‑month contract. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced, professional environment and enjoys providing strong administrative and operational support. You’ll join a collaborative team where organization,munication, and customer‑focused service are essential to success.Key Responsibilities

  • Provideprehensive administrative support to the property management team, including document preparation, filing, data entry, and internalmunication
  • Assist with tenant, contractor, and staff inquiries in a responsive and professional manner
  • Maintain organized physical and digital filing systems, ensuring documentation is accurate and up to date
  • Prepare reports, schedules, and presentations using Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Support project‑based tasks as well as routine recurring duties
  • Coordinatemunication with service providers, contractors, and internal stakeholders
  • Perform general office duties to support daily building operations
  • Manage tasks independently once direction and expectations are provided
