The successful candidate will be responsible for the design, development, and implementation of workforce policies and programs that support the effective management of employees. This role requires a strategic leader with a broad systems focus, capable of influencing critical decisions and building strategic relationships. The Executive Director will ensure that workforce policies align with government priorities, operational needs, and leading HR practices.
