Our client is seeking a Senior Manager to provide leadership, advisory expertise, and strategic guidance to a diverse portfolio of business clients. This role is responsible for overseeing client engagements, delivering value-added business and tax advice, mentoring team members, and building strong long-term client relationships. The ideal candidate will bring strong technical expertise, leadership experience, and a passion for helping clients achieve their business goals.

Your success will be defined by your ability to:

• Lead client engagements from planning through completion while ensuring quality and accuracy
• Provide trusted advisory services related to business growth, succession planning, restructuring, and tax planning
• Review financial statements, tax returns, and client deliverables to ensure compliance and quality standards
• Build and maintain strong client relationships while serving as a key business advisor
• Identify opportunities to improve client outcomes through proactive planning and strategic recommendations
• Mentor, coach, and develop team members while supporting their professional growth
• Ensure compliance with applicable accounting, regulatory, and tax requirements
• Contribute to the growth and continued success of the organization through exceptional client service and leadership

Your strengths include:

• CPA designation
• Progressive experience in accounting, tax, advisory, or professional services environments
• Strong knowledge of Canadian corporate and personal tax matters
• Experience reviewing financial statements and complex client engagements
• Strong leadership, coaching, and team development capabilities
• Ability to communicate complex financial information clearly and effectively
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and professional judgment
• Experience working with owner-managed businesses, agricultural clients, or the energy sector considered an asset
