Adecco is currently hiring a Parts Master Data Coordinator for a full-time contract opportunity in Toronto, ON. This role is ideal for detail-oriented professionals with experience managing inventory data, ERP/EAM systems, and inventory control processes in fast-paced operational environments.
In this position, you will play a key role in maintaining the integrity of the HXGN EAM parts master database while supporting inventory optimization, data auditing, and stores management activities. You will collaborate closely with procurement, maintenance, and operations teams to ensure accurate inventory tracking and efficient asset management processes.

Responsibilities- Maintain and update the HXGN EAM parts master database to ensure inventory records are accurate, organized, and current
- Create, modify, and manage parts records while following company naming conventions and coding standards
- Ensure all parts include accurate descriptions, specifications, and supporting documentation
- Establish and maintain stores within the HXGN EAM system to support efficient inventory management
- Configure storage locations, bins, and stock levels based on operational requirements
- Conduct regular audits of parts master data and store records to ensure data accuracy and integrity
- Identify and resolve discrepancies including duplicate records, incorrect entries, and missing information
- Implement quality control measures to improve data accuracy and compliance standards
- Monitor inventory levels across all stores to support optimal stock management
- Assist with forecasting inventory requirements and maintaining accurate reorder points
- Generate reports related to inventory levels, parts usage, and stock movement for management review
- Provide recommendations to improve inventory efficiency, system performance, and data integrity
- Document processes and procedures related to parts master and inventory management activities
- Collaborate with procurement, maintenance, and operations teams to support operational goals
- Assist with training staff on HXGN EAM system usage and inventory control best practices
Qualifications- Must be eligible to work and reside within Canada
- University degree in Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Management, Statistics, or a related discipline, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Demonstrated experience as a power user of ERP/EAM systems
- Strong understanding of inventory management principles and practices
- Experience working in maintenance or operational environments is considered an asset
- Familiarity with data auditing processes and quality control measures
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate across teams
- Experience with data analytics tools and techniques is considered an asset
- Background in transportation or technical operations environments is considered an asset
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of accuracy
