You are a seasoned Accounting Manager or Controller with the expertise to oversee M&P Mercurys accounting and administrative functions across a multi-location, luxury retail business. With a strong background in financial reporting, analysis and leadership with high proficiency in IT systems, you bring both vision and hands-on execution to the table. Adaptable, detail-oriented, and quick to learn, you thrive in high-pressure environments and approach new challenges with confidence.

Passionate about the marine industry, you are eager to contribute to the legacy of North America's #2 boat seller and yacht dealer and play a pivotal role in shaping its future growth. Your proven ability to enhance financial performance and drive profitability makes you a trusted partner to senior leadership. • Competitive salary of $ 110,000$130,000 per year, plus a 10 % performance bonus.
