We are a warm and happy family seeking a dependable, kind, and organized nanny / family assistant to help support the daily rhythm of our home. We have two sweet daughters, ages 3 and 4, who are playful, curious, and enjoy creative activities, reading, and time outdoors.
Both parents work from home with flexible schedules and are actively involved in our children’s daily lives. Because we are balancing work and family from the same space, we are looking for someone who can help manage many of the household responsibilities so that when we step away from work, we can be fully present with our children.
This role is a blend of childcare and household support, with a strong emphasis on helping keep the home running smoothly.
Responsibilities include :
Supervising and engaging with our two daughters through play, reading, and age-appropriate activities
Preparing simple, healthy meals and snacks for the children and the family
Assisting with general household upkeep, including tidying and light cleaning
Managing household laundry (washing, folding, ironing and putting away)
Helping keep home organized and maintaining a calm, orderly environment
Supporting daily routines such as mealtimes, playtime, and transitions throughout the day
The ideal candidate is :
Warm, patient, and genuinely enjoys spending time with young children
Organized and comfortable taking initiative with household tasks
Reliable, trustworthy, and proactive
Experienced in childcare or early childhood environments
Able to work collaboratively in a home where parents are present
