Reporting to the Director, Digital Marketing, the Specialist will lead the strategic development, execution, and optimization of engaging email marketing campaigns that drive awareness, engagement, and growth. This role empowers you to get creative and develop impactful digital experiences that resonate with target audiences and align with broader organizational goals.Working in close collaboration with marketing managers across multiple lines of business, the data and analytics team, and key campaign stakeholders, the Digital Marketing Specialist will transform insights into action. You'll design and implement integrated campaigns that blend compelling email and social media content, ensuring messaging consistency, personalization, and excellence in every touchpoint. From building targeted and segmented mailing lists to conducting A/B testing and analyzing performance metrics, you'll use data to continuously refine strategy and improve results.Beyond campaign execution, this position contributes to the narrative of our brand by creating meaningful content that engages customers and strengthens member loyalty. You'll play an active part in developing the concept and build creative digital assets-from visually appealing layouts to persuasive copy that motivates action.
