Role Description

This is a full‑time, in‑office role for a Business Development Manager at ServiceBridge Solutions in Montreal, Canada. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, developing and implementing growth strategies, and meeting revenue targets.

The Business Development Manager will report directly to Sally Al Malouli and work closely with leadership and internal teams to ensure the successful delivery of services and contribute to the overall growth of the business.

Responsibilities

  • Meet revenue targets.

Qualifications

  • Business Development, Sales, and Account Management skills.

  • Excellent presentation and proposal writing skills.
  • Knowledge of outsourcing, BPO, or related service industries a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
