Couverture à 80 % pour les médicaments génériques substituts prescrits. Couverture à 100 % pour : lunettes de prescription, lentilles cornéennes, chirurgie au laser, examen de la vue, entraînement visuel. Thérapies couvertes (750 $/année civile chacune) : Physiothérapie / Thérapie sportive Acupuncture Massothérapie Podiatrie / Soins des pieds Naturopathie / Diététique Chiropractie Ostéopathie Soins dentaires : Maximum combiné de 2 000 $ par année civile pour tous les services (soins de base, services supplémentaires, restauration majeure, prothèses). Santé et bien-être : 150 $ par année civile pour une activité de santé ou de bien-être au choix de l’employé(e). REER : Participation possible au régime de REER de l’employeur après six (6) mois complets d’emploi. L’employeur contribue à 100 % jusqu’à un maximum de 2,5 % du salaire annuel. Pour conserver cette contribution, l’employé(e) doit rester en poste pendant deux (2) ans. Vendredis d’été : Initiative permettant aux employé(e)s de terminer plus tôt les vendredis entre le 24 mai et le 30 août. Lieu de travail : Montréal, Canada Exigences linguistiques : Anglais et français Description du poste : Identifier et solliciter un grand nombre de clients potentiels par le biais d’appels sortants, de courriels et de canaux numériques. Repérer les opportunités tout au long du cycle de vie du client (nouveaux clients, ventes additionnelles, ventes croisées) pour l’équipe des ventes. Mettre à jour et gérer le CRM afin d’assurer l’exactitude des dossiers d’interaction client et des rapports de ventes. Collaborer étroitement avec les gestionnaires de comptes pour développer et mettre en œuvre des stratégies de prospection pour vos pistes. Mener des appels de qualification avec des acheteurs potentiels et définir les prochaines étapes, y compris la planification de rencontres pour les gestionnaires de comptes en vue d’une qualification approfondie. Analyser les besoins des clients afin de recommander ou d’aider à choisir les solutions logicielles les plus adaptées, et négocier les prix et les modalités contractuelles. Maintenir une connaissance approfondie des logiciels Autodesk et Graitec, ainsi que des tendances émergentes dans le secteur des logiciels AEC (architecture, ingénierie, construction). Créer des présentations de vente personnalisées, des propositions et autres documents pour démontrer la valeur des produits logiciels de l’entreprise. Préparer les contrats de vente tout en maintenant des dossiers clients précis et à jour pour une gestion continue de la relation. Offrir des consultations après-vente pour résoudre les problèmes, assurer une mise en œuvre fluide du produit et fournir un soutien continu pour une utilisation optimale du logiciel. HEALTH & WELLNESS - Every employee is entitled to $150.00 per calendar year to dedicate to their choice of health and wellness activity. RRSP Contributions - The Employee may participate in the Employer’s RRSP plan after six (6) full months of employment after the date of hire. When the Employee is eligible to participate, the Employee must reach out to Royal Bank of Canada, the Employer’s RRSP administrator, to initiate participation and set up their RRSP contributions. If the Employee participates, the Employer will contribute 100% up to a maximum of 2.5% of the Employee’s annual salary. To retain the Employer’s contribution, the Employee must remain employed for two (2) years. Summer Friday- Summer Friday’s are an initiative we have started for employees to get out early and enjoy the summer (May 24th until August 30th). Location of Work: Montreal, Canada Language requirements: English & French Job Description: Identify and solicit high volume of potential clients through outbound calls, emails, and digital channels. Identify potential opportunities throughout the customer lifecycle (new customers, upsell, cross-sell) for the sales organization Update and manage CRM to ensure accuracy of customer interaction records and sales reports. Work closely with account managers to develop and implement prospecting strategies for your leads Conduct qualification calls with potential buyers and create follow-up steps, including scheduling meetings for account managers for additional qualification. Analyze client requirements to recommend or assist in choosing the most suitable software solutions and negotiate pricing and contractual terms. Maintain strong knowledge of Autodesk and Graitec software, as well as emerging trends in the AEC (architecture, engineering, construction) software sector. Create tailored sales presentations, proposals, and other materials to demonstrate how the company’s software products deliver value to clients. Prepare sales contracts, while maintaining accurate and up-to-date customer records for ongoing relationship management. Provide post-sale consultations to resolve any issues, ensure smooth product implementation, and offer continuous support for optimal usage of the software. Expérience préalable en tant que représentant au développement des ventes (SDR), représentant au développement des affaires (BDR) ou en ventes internes souhaitée. Expérience en vente dans les domaines de l’architecture, de l’ingénierie ou de la construction fortement privilégiée. ● Compétences techniques : Connaissance des logiciels souhaitée, idéalement des produits Autodesk (ACC, Revit, BIM, AutoCAD, Civil 3D, BIM 360, etc.). Compréhension technique de l’industrie des logiciels / SaaS. Maîtrise de Microsoft Office requise. ● Compétences interpersonnelles : Autonomie, esprit d’équipe et capacité à évoluer dans un environnement dynamique. Curiosité, flexibilité et capacité d’adaptation au changement. Excellentes compétences en communication orale et écrite en français et en anglais. Motivation à atteindre et dépasser des objectifs de performance mesurables. Employment Requirements: Education and Qualifications: Bachelor's degree preferred. Minimum of one year of experience in B2B technical sales. Previous experience as an SDR, BDR or inside sales is desired. Sales experience in architecture, engineering or construction is highly preferred. Technical skills: Software knowledge is highly preferred but not required. Preferably in Autodesk products (ACC, Revit, BIM, AutoCAD, Civil 3D, BIM 360, etc.) Technical understanding of the software / SaaS industry Proficiency in Microsoft Office required Soft skills: Self-starter and good teammate with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment Curious, flexible and adaptable to change. Excellent written and oral communication skills in French and English.
