Position : Senior Cyber Security Program ManagerClient : Provincial Healthcare ClientLocation : Remote Duration : 18 months (Possibility of extension)Language : EnglishBackground : Our valued healthcare client is seeking the services of a Senior Cyber Security Program Manager to assist with the implementation of a multi year cyber security plan to establish operating procedures for ongoing cyber security projects relating to health sector cyber security best practices. Qualifications : 8 years experience as a Cyber Security Program Manager 3 years experience in health sector cyber securityResponsibilities / Deliverables : Provide program & project management using approved project management processes, tools and techniquesPrepare overall project definition documents, program plan, workplans, and report progress via status reports and presentations on an ongoing basis, and at scheduled points in the life cycle to the Sponsor and to Senior Management Committees as required.Ensure that necessary project life cycle processes are completed satisfactorilyTrack and manage the scope of the program including, budgets, risks, issues, and resolution and correction of problemsProvide expert cyber security best practice knowledge during program implementation and transition to operationsDevelop cyber security program policies and standard operating procedures for clientTransfer knowledge and information of the cyber security program to staff for ongoing responsibilities / activities of the workIdentify, assess and continually manage risk, issues and project changeEnsure engagement close‐out & wrap‐up activities are performed & documented according to defined project standards and filed and / or stored in agreed upon file storage area (e.g. Sharepoint, shared drives, etc.)
