Prepare and manage a capital plan including a three-year high-level plan and a subsequent detailed program for the upcoming year. Coordinate projects within assigned programs with all stakeholder groups, track / report progress and manage risk.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare a capital plan related to real estate assets including a three-year high-level plan and a subsequent detailed program for the upcoming year
- Manage Life Cycle of the infrastructure
- Answer in a timely manner to client requests
- Manage Life Cycle of the infrastructure and collaborate to strategic initiatives (lease reduction...)
- Plan the delivery of the overall program and its activities in accordance with the mission and the goals of the organization
- Develop and implement long-term goals and objectives to achieve the successful outcome of the program
- Develop funding proposals for the program to ensure the continuous delivery of services
- Collaborate with all stakeholders for the delivery of the Capital Plan
- Ensure that program activities operate within the policies and procedures of the organization and comply with all relevant legislation and professional standards
- Identify and evaluate the risks associated with program activities and take appropriate action to control the risks

Bilingualism required : In the course of their duties, this person will be required to interact with French & English speaking stakeholders across Canada
As part of the job, this person will be required to produce documents in French & English.
