What Critical Experiences Will You Gain?
You will have the opportunity to learn the business from the ground up through our robust Sales Leadership Program which includes a wide breadth of field selling and leadership experience. Through demonstrating proven results and leadership skills, you will be uniquely qualified for future people leadership opportunities within PepsiCo Canada.
Your first experience in the Sales Leadership Program you will learn what it takes to develop and sustain a growing CPG business and stretch your current skills by selling and marketing our products to a set group of retailers. This will include, but is not limited to :
- Attending National Capability Sessions to learn about PepsiCo’s business & people agenda.
- Developing relationships across our organization, receiving best in class coaching & engaging in meaningful career connects with Leadership.
- Leveraging sales forecasting tools to deliver consistent sales targets to support Business growth
- Flexing both your entrepreneurial muscles and your physical muscles while merchandising our iconic brands to execute advertising displays
The goal of the Sales Leadership Program is to build the next great leaders of PepsiCo! Following your field sales position, it’s all about getting you frontline leadership experience, where your next role will include managing a frontline team of PepsiCo Employees.
