Adecco is currently hiring a full-time experienced
Quality Systems Specialist to support Canada's Operational & Intermediate (O&I) Level Maintenance Augmentation Support Team (MAST) within a highly regulated aerospace maintenance environment, in Trenton, Ontario.
In this role, you will provide quality assurance oversight, conduct maintenance audits and inspections, support compliance with AS9100 quality standards, and promote continuous improvement and safety initiatives. You will work closely with maintenance, quality, and safety teams to ensure operational excellence and regulatory compliance.
- Pay Rate: $38.00-$40.00 /hour
- Location: Trenton, ON
- Shift: 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM

Responsibilities:- Perform quality assurance inspections and audits of maintenance activities.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards, technical publications, and regulatory requirements.
- Review maintenance records and documentation for accuracy and completeness.
- Conduct root cause investigations and support corrective actions.
- Support Quality Management System (QMS) and Safety Management System (SMS) initiatives.
- Provide quality guidance, training, and mentorship to team members.
- Promote safety culture, First Time Quality, and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with quality and safety teams to address findings and compliance concerns.
Qualifications and Skills:- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum 5 years of aerospace industry experience.
- Minimum 3 years of quality assurance or quality management experience.
- Knowledge of Royal Canadian Air Force operations and aircraft maintenance practices.
- Strong analytical, technical, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience supporting aircraft maintenance programs or contracts.
- Eligible for the Canadian Controlled Goods Program (CGP).
- Eligible to obtain and maintain Secret Level II Security Clearance.
- Eligible to handle U.S. export-controlled information.
- Experience with military aviation maintenance programs.
- C-17 Globemaster III maintenance or airworthiness training.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
- Experience working within an AS9100-certified quality environment.
- Legally authorized to work in Canada.
