Our client, a leader in technical services, is seeking a Service Administrator to join their team. As a Service Administrator, you will be part of the Technical Services department supporting the Kingston location. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong organizational skills, excellent communication, and a customer-focused attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Service Administrator
Location: Kingston, ON
Pay Range: $23 per hour
Shift: Monday to Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm
What's the Job?
- Dispatch service calls to technicians and follow up with customers.
- Issue purchase orders to technicians and enter data into the internal system.
- Order and follow up on parts and equipment to ensure timely delivery.
- Compose quotes for repairs and assist with tender closings.
- Process billings using internal software and review invoices/credits with the department manager.
What's Needed?
- Strong understanding of computer systems and software.
- Post-secondary diploma in administration.
- Previous administration and dispatch experience preferred.
- Excellent customer service skills and ability to maintain customer confidence.
- Well-organized, responsive, and analytical with strong communication skills.
