Your Roles
Ottawa Window Care is a growing company based in Ottawa that is looking for sales managers to help manage clients, leads and sales.
The position includes bonus incentives, autonomous work culture, with the ability for more responsibility/pay.
This role is for an individual looking to take on a leadership role, training and managing workers, dealing with clients and day-to-day scheduling.
Training and development will be continuously provided as long as candidate is coachable, hard-working and willing to learn.
Requirements: We’re looking for a manager with a valid driver’s license, access to a vehicle, high school diploma, and preferably some experience with hands-on work (No professional experience necessary).

Responsibilities:
- Managing clients, acquiring leads and setting expectations.
- Scheduling appointments.
