Your Mission : Day to Day Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the PPC and client communication teams to ensure the seamless execution of high-impact PPC, DSP, and reporting services.
- Oversee the profit and loss of the department while balancing the efforts and outcomes of both teams.
- Ensure customer satisfaction is maintained across all PPC operations and serve as the go-to leader for escalating issues.
- Oversee and refine processes for the effective and timely delivery of PPC services, while also facilitating process development between departments.
- Drive strategic direction for Amazon PPC campaigns, providing actionable insights and data-driven recommendations.
