Adecco is currently recruiting for an E-commerce Operations Specialist for a full-time permanent role with our client based out of Ottawa, Ontario.

The E-commerce Operations Specialist will have the following responsibilities :
Follow the daily operations procedures (accounts, orders processing, shipping, competitors pricing monitoring and adding new products)
Will have some warehouse responsibility related to shipping &receiving to understand the internal process of completing customer’s request.
Daily, monitor all the marketplace’s accounts performance and resolve any issue professionally.
Answering customers emails & phone calls
Processing the marketplaces orders utilizing shipping software UPS and Canada Post in very efficient, cost effective and withing the marketplaces delivery timeframe mindset.
Inventory managing.
Think "how" instead of, "no." Always look for creative solutions that achieve our goals and mitigates risk.
Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and manufacturers.
Trace the root cause of the issue and help the leader resolve it.
Embrace new ideas and always assume positive intent.
Spotting opportunities for improvements
The E-commerce Operations Specialist must meet the following mandatory requirements :
Minimum 2 years’ experience in E-commerce marketplaces (Amazon, eBay, Walmart & Shopify)
Bilingual (English and French)
An exceptional verbal and written communication
Fluency with reporting, analysis, and taking a data-driven approach to problem solving.
Organized, results-focused, and highly accountable, capable of working on multiple projects.
An independent thinker, but with team-player, partnership instincts
Self-directed, eager to learn, and resourceful, but not afraid to seek guidance.
