You’ll support Farm Boy’s vision by contributing to sales growth and profitability through accurate product administration, data integrity, and effective cross-functional coordination. This role plays a key part in the product lifecycle, ensuring timely item setup, cost accuracy, promotional execution, and supplier communication. Here are some of the other ways you’ll help us stand out:
- Maintain and update the Product Manager system, ensuring accuracy of listings, product details, costing, categorization, and location status.
- Administer new item setup, product rationalization, supplier agreement changes, and cost or product updates.
- Support the end-to-end product listing process, including POS and system verification and coordination of Product Launch communications.
- Partner with suppliers to action listings, manage updates, coordinate schedules, and respond to inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Liaise with internal teams to ensure item information, status changes, and article numbers are accurate and up to date.
- Collaborate with Finance to process vendor claims and manage monthly advertising and promotional costing.
- Support compliance related administrative requirements, including audit documentation and follow-up.
- Work with Business Support and Warehouse teams to resolve store, production, and receiving issues, including: credits, returns, and shelf-life concerns.
- Prepare reports and maintain documentation, supplier listings, directories, and departmental files.
- Contribute to the development and continuous improvement of departmental policies, procedures, and processes.
- Contribute to overall team success by taking on additional related responsibilities as needed.
Qualifications

- Post-secondary education in Office Administration, with 2 - 3 years of related administrative experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Retail experience with a strong understanding of business operations.
- Strong analytical skills with a high standard of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Proven ability to work independently and collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization.
- Sound judgement and decision-making skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and related systems.
- Clear and professional written and verbal communication skills.
- Highly organized, adaptable, and able to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable working in an environment that includes extended periods of sitting, repetitive tasks, frequent computer use, open-office noise, and a flexible schedule that includes working evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Fluency in English; French language skills considered an asset.
