What you'll be doing...

Are you someone who thrives on keeping things organized behind the scenes while ensuring no detail is missed?

Do you love planning events, coordinating moving pieces, and creating seamless experiences for others?

Are you known for your exceptional attention to detail, proactive mindset, collaborative spirit and ability to juggle competing priorities in a fast-paced environment?

Do you enjoy finding smarter, more efficient ways of working while delivering excellent customer service and supporting others to succeed?

If so, we want to hear from you!

We’re looking for a dynamic and adaptable Organizational Development Administrator to support a variety of employee experience programs, including Recognition, Engagement, Inclusion, Diversity, Equity and Accessibility (IDEA), and Indigenous Relations.
