The Role
As the Sales Development Representative (SDR), you will be a crucial driver of GAIN's growth, serving as the frontline for outreach, lead generation, and relationship-building. This is a cold outreach-heavy role, requiring confidence and proven success in cold calling, as well as outreach through email and LinkedIn. You'll support our North American expansion while building on our success across the UK, Mainland Europe, and Asia. This role is ideal for someone who is highly proactive, resilient, and eager to build a strong foundation in sales while contributing to GAIN's long‑term vision.
Responsibilities
Sales Pipeline Creation
- Creation of Sales Pipeline
- Conduct high‑volume cold calling to generate and nurture new leads
- Leverage multi‑channel outreach (cold calls, email, LinkedIn) to build a high‑quality sales pipeline
- Proactively identify and engage with prospects to create new opportunities
Progression of Sales Pipeline
Administrative Tasks

Benefits
Pay range
The typical hiring range for this role is $60,000 - $80,000 annually. This includes both base salary and performance‑based bonus components. The exact mix between base and bonus will be determined based on role‑related skills, knowledge, and experience. This range reflects our commitment to our compensation philosophy, internal equity, and comes with a competitive and comprehensive total rewards package.
