You'll lead programs spanning data migration, compliance (FedRAMP, SOC 2, regulated industries), and enterprise platform capabilities, partnering with teams across R&D and the business to deliver exceptional customer outcomes. This role combines technical depth in areas like system architecture, security, compliance, and design systems with strong collaboration skills to orchestrate work across Engineering, Product, Design, Security, and Business teams. Your work ensures our enterprise customers can achieve their goals with Asana while maintaining the intuitive, delightful experiences that make our product special.
This role is based in our Vancouver office with an office-centric hybrid schedule. The standard in-office days are Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday. Most Asanas have the option to work from home on Wednesdays. Working from home on Fridays depends on the type of work you do and the teams with which you partner. If you're interviewing for this role, your recruiter will share more about the in-office requirements.
What you’ll achieve :
- Lead enterprise programs including data migrations, compliance frameworks (FedRAMP, SOC 2, GDPR, HIPAA), and platform capabilities that enable our largest customers to succeed with Asana.
- Partner across R&D and business teams to translate customer needs into execution plans, facilitate technical decisions, and build alignment between Engineering, Product, Security, Sales, and Customer Success.
- Create visibility and drive delivery by managing program governance, identifying risks early, coordinating resources, and ensuring teams execute effectively toward shared goals.
- Champion customer success by working closely with strategic accounts, understanding their requirements, and ensuring enterprise needs inform our product strategy.
