Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced Vancouver-based IT Program Manager with a strong background in financial services and Wealth Management to lead a large-scale platform migration initiative. The ideal candidate will possess proven expertise in managing complex technology transformations, engaging cross-functional stakeholders, and implementing organizational change management. Key Responsibilities

Program Leadership & Strategy

• Define, plan, and oversee the full lifecycle of the platform migration program, including initiation, execution, monitoring, and closure.
• Establish program governance, reporting structures, and decision-making frameworks to ensure alignment with business objectives.

Drive risk, dependency, and issue management with proactive mitigation strategies.

Stakeholder & Change Management

Act as the primary liaison between senior executives, program sponsors, external vendors, and delivery teams.

Technology & Migration Execution

Oversee end-to-end testing cycles (system, integration, user acceptance) to ensure data integrity and functional readiness.

Financial & Resource Management

Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide executive-level reporting on progress, risks, and benefits realization.

Qualifications

PMP, PgMP, or Agile certifications preferred.
