At Match Group, we value a culture of trust, accountability, and open communication. We believe in shared leadership, where every team member is empowered to take initiative and contribute meaningfully. How you'll make an impact:

    • Lead product discovery, prioritization and execution of new features, enhancements, and optimizations that maximize the ROI of our suite of verification and authentication services.

    • Create product specifications with clear business justification, technical requirements, and user flows that speak to the needs across the entire portfolio. Provide training to internal customers on how to utilize the services.
    • Collaborate with Match Group properties across the globe to align partners on strategies that maximize the impact and efficiency of product teams while solving underlying verification and authentication concerns.
    • Develop metrics to measure the success of service changes, analyze results, and use analysis to inform further iterations.
    • Manage data accessibility for reporting purposes, designing dashboards to communicate KPIs to key internal and external stakeholders.
    • Drive internal process improvements; provide day-to-day coordination and quality assurance.
    • Assess emerging products to measure potential value to the organization. Provide recommendations for new technologies; support third-party vendor communications, evaluations, and integrations. Liaison among business partners, technical resources and vendors.
    • Grow with the Match Group Core team by supporting internal initiatives to uplift our people, processes, and presence.

We could be a match if you have:

    • 5+ years of product management, software development or related experience in an agile environment
    • Experience delivering verification & Authentication products from inception to launch; domain knowledge in Account Integrity, Fraud Detection and Prevention
    • Experience supporting business-critical systems for multinational customers at scale in a B2B environment. B2B2C experience preferred.
    • Ability to qualify how API services deliver value from a product perspective.
    • Expert working knowledge of Google Suite, Jira, Confluence, Slack
    • Ability to structure problem-solving approaches and bring multiple solutions to solving complex problems.
    • Experience developing processes for sharing information and insights across large organizations.
    • Experience working with third party technology providers.
    • Experience working with large datasets for planning and analysis, experience with analytics tools such as SQL and BI software a plus
    • Equal comfort communicating to business stakeholders and engineers; ability to tailor the message appropriately to the audience.
    • Ease with building trust with cross-functional stakeholders through integrity, honesty, authenticity, and drive.
    • Demonstrated proactiveness and perseverance in complex and constantly evolving environments.
