Job description

Alors que nous continuons de croître et que notre entreprise s'étend partout au Québec, nous cherchons à ajouter un directeur des ventes à notre équipe. Sous la direction générale du vice-président des ventes, le représentant technique des ventes utilisera son expertise en la matière pour vendre les produits et services de Greatario Engineered Storage Systems. Le poste sera idéalement basé dans le centre ou l'est du Canada, mais sera principalement responsable de la promotion et de la génération d'affaires avec nos clients existants et nouveaux dans la province de Québec par l'intermédiaire de notre division Aquabec.

Les responsabilités comprennent, sans s'y limiter :

  • Établir et entretenir des relations clés avec les clients
  • Identifier, qualifier et sécuriser de nouveaux comptes clients
  • Clarifier et confirmer les besoins et les attentes des clients
  • Élaborer et mettre en œuvre des plans de promotion tels que des présentations, des salons régionaux et des séminaires de formation
  • Identifier et suivre les projets grâce à un processus d'entonnoir de vente de longueur variable, du budget à tous les aspects de l'estimation, de l'appel d'offres et du suivi après la transition vers le groupe de gestion de projet.
  • Élaborer un plan et un calendrier rentables pour l'achèvement du projet en suivant un modèle logique d'utilisation des ressources
  • Sélectionner et coordonner le travail des sous-traitants travaillant sur les différentes phases du projet
  • Assister aux réunions de construction avec un suivi approprié afin de résoudre les problèmes
  • Élaborer et atteindre les objectifs de vente
  • Préparer les demandes de devis, y compris les spécifications, la tarification et la planification.
  • Entretenir des relations avec les ingénieurs-conseils et les clients municipaux
  • Soumissionner les projets municipaux et coordonner les sous-traitants jusqu'à la tarification finale
  • Assurer la liaison avec les finances pour assurer le traitement des factures
  • Suivre et contrôler le calendrier de construction et les coûts associés pour terminer le projet dans les délais et les sommes allouées.
  • Rapporter au client les progrès et les modifications nécessaires des plans qui semblent indiquées.

Compétences et qualifications :

  • Au moins cinq (5) années d'expérience canadienne dans un rôle externe de vente technique ou de gestion de projet
  • Capacités avérées en vente technique associées à la capacité de générer de la rentabilité
  • Doit être bilingue (anglais et français)
  • Capacité démontrée à qualifier les principaux décideurs
  • Capacité avérée à développer des relations et à interagir efficacement avec les ingénieurs, les entrepreneurs et les propriétaires.
  • Cohérence avérée : capacité à atteindre les indicateurs de performance clés, les objectifs de vente et les objectifs de développement professionnel.
  • Solides compétences en matière d'organisation et de communication
  • Flexibilité pour voyager
  • Esprit d'initiative très motivé
  • Capacité à générer de nouvelles ventes par la prospection, le développement de l'intérêt, l'identification des besoins, la réalisation de présentations, la qualification des préoccupations et la clôture.
  • Orienté vers les résultats et capable de travailler de manière autonome
  • As we continue to grow and our business expands throughout Quebec we are looking to add a Sales Manager to our team.

    Under broad direction from the Vice President of Sales, the Technical Sales Representative will utilize their subject matter expertise to sell Greatario Engineered Storage Systems products and Services. The position will ideally be based in Central or Eastern Canada, but will be primarily responsible for promoting and generating business with our existing and new clients in the province of Quebec through our Aquabec division.

    Responsibilities include, but are not limited to :

  • Build and maintain key relationships with clients
  • Identify, qualify and secure new customer accounts
  • Clarify and confirm customer needs and expectations
  • Develop and implement promotion plans such as presentations, regional shows and training seminars
  • Identify and track projects through a variable length sales funnel process from budget to all aspects of estimating, bidding and monitoring after transition to Project management group.
  • Develop a cost-effective plan and schedule for completion of project following a logical pattern for utilization of resources
  • Selects and coordinates work of subcontractors working on various phases of the project
  • Attending construction meetings with appropriate follow up in order to resolve issues
  • Develop and achieve sales targets
  • Prepare quotation requisitions, including specifications, pricing and scheduling.
  • Maintain relationships with Consulting Engineers and Municipal Customers
  • Bid Municipal projects and coordinate Sub-contractors through final pricing
  • Liaise with Finance to ensure bill processing
  • Tracks and controls construction schedule and associated costs to achieve completion of project within time and monies allocated.
  • Reports to client about progress and any necessary modifications of plans that seem indicated.
  • Skills & Qualifications :

  • Minimum of five (5) years Canadian experience in an outside technical sales or project management role
  • Proven technical sales capabilities paired with the ability to drive profitability
  • Must be Bilingual (English & French)
  • Demonstrated ability to qualify key decision makers
  • Proven ability to develop relationships, and comfort interacting effectively with engineers, contractors and owners.
  • Proven consistency - ability to achieve key performance indicators, sales targets and professional development goals.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Flexibility to travel
  • Highly motivated self-starter
  • Ability to drive new sales through prospecting, developing interest, identifying needs, delivering presentations, qualifying concerns and closing.
  • Results oriented and able to work independently
