Job Title: Technical Business Analyst

Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Technical Business Analyst to support end-to-end project delivery by translating business requirements into clear functional and technical specifications. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, stakeholder management experience, and hands-on collaboration experience with development and QA teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze business requirements by collaborating with stakeholders, SMEs, and end users.
  

• Document detailed functional and technical specifications to support development and QA teams.
  

• Translate business needs into effective system designs using:
  

  • Process mapping
    

  • Use cases
    

  • Workflow diagrams
    

  • Data flow diagrams
    

  • User stories
    

• Evaluate existing processes and systems to identify gaps, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities.
  

• Facilitate workshops, JAD sessions, and cross-functional stakeholder meetings.
  

• Collaborate with developers, solution architects, and technical teams to ensure feasibility and alignment with business goals.
  

• Support QA teams by:
  

  • Preparing test scenarios
    

  • Reviewing test cases
    

  • Validating results
    

  • Actively participating in UAT cycles
    

• Manage change requests including impact analysis, documentation, and approval coordination.
  

• Track requirements throughout development and testing to ensure alignment with deliverables.
  

• Provide post-implementation support including troubleshooting, enhancements, and user training.
