The Marketplace Operations Analyst is responsible for ensuring Walmart Canada Marketplace sellers fulfill our customer promise. This role involves establishing business relationships with sellers, monitoring their performance against key KPIs, and influencing them to provide the best customer experience on Walmart.ca. You will coordinate seller operations reviews with the Marketplace Key Account Management team and work with the Walmart.ca technology team to escalate operational issues hindering sellers. You will serve as an escalation point and partner to the customer service team, leveraging your seller relationships to ensure excellent customer experiences. Additionally, you will represent Marketplace operations in eCommerce projects, acting as a subject matter expert and collaborating with cross-functional teams to plan and communicate seller efforts. All project developments aim to improve customer satisfaction and trust. You will also design and develop future Marketplace operations and fulfillment processes and liaise with store teams to address site-to-store shipment issues.

Responsibilities
- Build strong business and operations relationships with Marketplace sellers.
- Manage seller performance against key Marketplace KPIs.
- Manage seller performance review processes.
- Work with sellers to identify and resolve issues and provide solutions for positive customer experiences.
- Act as an escalation point for customer inquiries / requests and work with sellers to ensure excellent Walmart.ca customer experiences.
- Represent Marketplace as an operations subject matter expert in eCommerce projects; plan, communicate, and drive seller efforts.
- Design and develop future Marketplace operations and fulfillment processes.
- Liaise with store teams to address and resolve issues related to Marketplace site-to-store shipments.
