The Marriott Fallsview Hotel & Spa is seeking an experienced and results-oriented Manager of Facilities & Maintenance to oversee all aspects of hotel engineering, maintenance operations, and building systems. This leadership role is responsible for ensuring a safe, well-maintained, and exceptional environment for guests and associates while protecting the hotel's physical assets and driving operational efficiency. What You'll Do Lead all engineering, maintenance, and facilities operations for a full-service hotel. Oversee the maintenance and repair of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, mechanical, life safety, pool/spa, refrigeration, and other critical building systems. Develop and manage preventative maintenance programs to maximize equipment performance and asset longevity. Ensure guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces meet Marriott brand standards and operational expectations. Manage capital projects, renovations, vendor relationships, and energy management initiatives. Ensure compliance with all health, safety, fire, and regulatory requirements. Lead, coach, and develop the maintenance team through effective recruitment, training, scheduling, and performance management. Manage departmental budgets, expenses, inventory, and purchasing while maintaining operational excellence.
