  • Vehicle & Equipment Care — Perform daily inspections, basic maintenance, and proper cleaning of tow trucks and equipment.
  • Team Collaboration — Work closely with CSN staff, insurers, and external partners to ensure efficient workflow and timely vehicle delivery.

Requirements

  • Valid Tow Truck Operator License (Ontario) with clean driving record.
  • Minimum 1–2 years of professional towing experience, preferably in automotive, collision repair, or roadside assistance.
  • Experience operating flatbed and/or wheel‑lift tow trucks.
  • Strong understanding of vehicle loading, securing, and transport safety procedures.
  • Ability to work in varying weather conditions and handle physically demanding tasks.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to remain calm, professional, and solution‑focused in high‑pressure situations.
  • Reliable, punctual, and committed to safe, high‑quality work.
  • Ability to work independently while contributing effectively as part of a team.

Benefits

  • Competitive compensation
  • Comprehensive benefits package
  • Opportunities for training and career advancement
  • Supportive and collaborative team environment
  • Work with industry‑leading equipment and processes
  • Be part of a company committed to quality, safety, and customer satisfaction
