Position Summary
As a Staff Clinician, Employee & Family Assistance Program, you will be an integral part of a collaborative, inter-disciplinary team focused on delivering seamless services and programs to our clients and customers. This position will start-off has hybrid, with a combination of work from home and work from the office, but will transition to work from the office as the need arise. Your home office work environment will need to be safe by Occupational Health and Safety standards, quiet, with few distractions and overall conducive to working productively, effectively and confidentially. You will require consistent internet capability of at least 25 Mbps, and preferably 50 Mbps download speed. Your computer will be provided and, where a phone is required to perform your work, we will provide a phone.
What you'll be doing
- Deliver EFAP services including confidential counselling, case management, direct clinical services, and assessments
- Receive case assignments, establishes treatment plans, and completes case progress notes
- Develop service plans which outline a specific plan of action with each client under periodical supervision
- Complete a comprehensive psycho-social assessment on clients as needed
- Receive crisis calls from the Client Services Center as required
- Provide on call rotation availability for a 4-day period once every couple of months
