We have the job you need! A company in the transportation field in Moncton, NB is currently looking for office clerks to support its administrative team for a long temporary period with the possibility of permanence.

Position : Administrative Coordinator

Salary : $20

Monday to Friday 40 hours a week.

Available Schedule :

  • Please note that you need to be available between the operational hours of 7 : 00am to 6 : 00pm

Monday – Friday; day shifts / varied dependent on need :

7 : 00 – 16 : 00 (7 : 00am – 4 : 00pm)

8 : 00 – 17 : 00 (8 : 00am – 5 : 00pm)

9 : 00 – 18 : 00 (9 : 00am – 6 : 00pm)

    Duration : Ongoing contract with strong possibility of permanency!

  • Confirm and remind clients of their upcoming appointments through calls, emails
  • Provide excellent service to clients by answering inquiries and addressing concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Resolve appointment-related issues or conflicts effectively and promptly.
  • Assist with other administrative tasks related to appointments and scheduling.
  • Enter and update appointment details accurately in the company’s scheduling system
  • Track and report on appointment statistics and trends as needed

    The Administrative Coordinator must have the following qualifications :

  • 6 months to 1 year of work experience in an administrative position
  • Good command of computer software
  • Resourceful and autonomous
