Job Description

Are you a driven individual looking to kickstart your career in strategic business development? Join our dynamic team in Sydney, Canada, as a Strategic Development Program Trainee! This comprehensive program offers an exciting opportunity to learn every aspect of our business operations while developing your professional skills.

  • Progress through a multi-phased training program covering various business functions
  • Learn about warehouse logistics, including product knowledge and sales support
  • Gain hands-on experience in operations, customer service, and order management
  • Develop skills in inside sales and project management for large-scale initiatives
  • Explore outside sales and account management, including business development and contract negotiation
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand different aspects of the business
  • Assist in inventory management, pricing controls, and financial statement analysis
