Minimum Qualifications

  • Working towards an undergraduate degree in Civil Engineering or Business
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, Power Point, SharePoint, MS Outlook
  • Class 5 License required and access to Vehicle.

Main Responsibilities

A typical day for you involves supporting operational efficiency by completing a wide range of administrative and field‑related tasks. You perform Management Pre‑Job Hazard Assessments as required and apply for WAWA (Water Intake) permits through the appropriate government agencies. You coordinate travel logistics by booking hotels for crews and collecting hotel trackers to ensure accurate record‑keeping for Accounts Payable. You also gather, compile, and distribute daily “Project 1st Hour” results from each crew to the Superintendents—an initiative introduced in 2026. In addition, you assist field teams by picking up and delivering parts from suppliers to job sites as needed, and you apply for oversize or over‑dimension permits to support safe and compliant transportation.
