We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Accountant to join our growing finance team in Fredericton, NB . This entry-level role is ideal for individuals with strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a desire to grow within the accounting profession. No prior accounting experience is required – just a strong aptitude for numbers, a commitment to learning, and a proactive mindset.

Responsibilities

Accounts Payable & Receivable

• Process vendor invoices and employee expense claims
• Reconcile corporate Mastercard statements and record related expenses
• Support billing activities
• Monitor outstanding receivables and follow up with clients

General Ledger and Month-End
