Job descriptionSupervise, coordinate, and support a team of security guards across all shifts. Manage and maintain the team’s daily schedules. Ensure all security guards follow established procedures and stay up to date on instructions. Provide ongoing coaching, feedback, and training to security personnel. Issue and manage access cards and related security credentials. Prepare and submit incident reports, daily logs, and performance documentation. Respond to emergencies and assist in incident management and investigations. Perform other related duties as required. 3–5 years of supervisory or management experience in security or a related field. Strong administrative skills, including reporting, documentation control, and compliance tracking. Familiarity with professional office environments considered an asset Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to interact professionally with staff, partners, and stakeholders. Exceptional attention to detail, supported by strong problem-solving skills and sound judgment. Demonstrated technological proficiency First Aid and CPR certifications. Must be authorized to work in Canada.
